DESCRIPTION

The design and layout of this fish killing machine, combined with 700 horsepower makes this one of the coolest, well maintained center consoles on the market. She’s equipped and ready to fish now!

The Everglades 290 Pilot has an open “Command Console,” with hardtop and curved windshield, that converts to a fully enclosed pilothouse with optional enclosure for running in adverse weather. It functions much like a regular center console with the doors out, with the exception that the big windshield that gives you protection from wind and rain. Seating throughout the boat includes: leaning post, forward console seats, bow seating, and foldaway stern bench.

There are eight stainless steel cup holders throughout the boat and an enclosed head compartment in the center console. The head compartment contains a marine head, overhead lighting, a vanity with a sink, storage, and a shower.

There are armrest’s that separate the helm and companion seats and the seats also have curved backrests that flip up into the leaning post. The Forward most seats of the center console have curved backrests as well. The leaning post integrates a 66-gallon recirculating live well, fresh water & raw water sink, eight tackle/storage drawers, and a cutting board.

The bow area has a 160-gallon fish box, two lockable rod compartments, two large storage compartments, and tey are equipped with bow standard cushions as well. The folding bench seat at the stern of the boat doubles as an access door to the batteries, battery charging system, and pumps.

This boat also comes standard with two automatic bilge pumps, a lockable transom door, and a telescoping swim ladder. There is a bait prep area at the transom, there is a water spigot, six rod holders, and a slide-out cooler. There also is an additional 90-gallon fish box in the aft.

The boat comes equipped with four gunwale rod holders, six aft hardtop rod holders, two mid-mount hardtop rod holders, and under gunwale racks for six rods. Outriggers are available as an option. The boat has wraparound coaming bolsters, stainless steel toe rails, and powder-coated grab rails.

There is a self-draining cockpit, red LED cockpit courtesy lights, overhead white and red LED lights in the command console area, and two spreader lights standard. Hardware includes 5/8-inch stainless steel bow and transom eyes, 8-inch stainless steel pop-up cleats and spring line cleats, and a stainless steel anchor roller. A windlass anchor system is standard, and the boat has a forward rope locker with an overboard drain.

The hull is built using the company’s proprietary RAMCAP rapid molded core assembly process construction, which employs a vacuum process to sandwich fiberglass around a high-density polyurethane foam core.
